1. Description of the traineeship The European GNSS Agency GSA announces a traineeship opportunity for students and graduates in Europe. The traineeship shall aim principally to aid in supporting the daily operations of the Quality Management QM function of the Agency, and in particular its tasks related to ISO 9001 maintenance and implementation, for example with respect to the preparation and implementation of quality audits regarding the various GSA departments and activities. The traineeship shall be based at the GSA headquarters in Prague 7, Janovskeho 4382, Czech Republic and shall last preferably from 16 June 2015 to 15 December 2015. If agreed by the GSA and the selected trainee, two extensions of three months each could be granted, which means that the maximum total duration of the traineeship could be one year however the GSA reserves the right to conclude individual contracts according to which the traineeship commencementend will deviate from the above dates specified. The trainees will be expected to carry out the following duties under supervision Assistance to the organisation of surveillance audits by Lloyds Register External Auditors related to ISO 9001 certification, and other audits. Support to the development of a mature Integrated Management System IMS, enhanced Business Continuity and ISO 27001 certification through the preparation of and participation in internal working groups and meetings. Assistance in the organisation of Internal Quality Audits and the followup of resulting nonconformances, customerstakeholder feedback and suggestions of improvement. Monitoring of the Continuous Improvement process under supervision. Follow up the definition, reporting and analysis of Quality Indicators and Key Performance Indicators KPIs, under supervision and in coordination with the requirements of the ProgrammeProject Management Plans PMP and the Safety Management System SMS. Contribution to the development of procedures and work instructions across all departments. Interacting with the GSA Quality Officers, prepare and participate in Quality Team Meetings. Support the organisation of QM training for GSA Quality Officers and staff. Manage under supervision the QMrelated documentation and presentation of QM related information on the intranet. 2. Application Procedure Candidates must submit their application electronically.
