Your Tasks Identify and translate usersystemground segment level requirements into detail ground stations system requirements Perform design and development of space missions ground stations and requirements documentation Contribute to the definition of the ground segment data flows regarding the interfaces between the ground stations and the ground segment Contribute to the preparation, implementation and control of the verification and validation activities Providing specialist RF and data link support to the procurement process of ground stations TTC and mission data acquisition stations Interact directly with suppliers, reviewing lower level performance and interfaces for suitability and assess impacts to system level performance To interface toward the customer for technical and programmatic aspects concerning the Ground Station Your Qualifications Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering or RF microwave Professional experience with space mission ground stations and MC systems Wide knowledge of radio communication building blocks as modulators, demodulators, LNA, high power amplifiers, filters and antennas TTC and Mission data acquisition baseband equipments high data rate demodulators FEP, ranging systems and SLE Experience with link budget analysis and tools in the relevant frequency bands Experience in SW tools Simulation AWRVSS, MATLAB, Requirements database DOORS and Microsoft Office High motivation and proactive involvement Excellent conceptual and problem solving skills Well developed communication and negotiation skills Accustomed to work in international composited teams Fluency in spoken and written English, Willingness to learn German for non Germanspeaker We offer A dynamic and motivated international team High degree of scope for creativity, independence and selfinitiative Flat hierarchies and a huge grade of flexibility Attractive benefits such as flexible work time, sport activities, mobility allowance...
