The Position We are looking for an experienced radio signal processing specialist who can lead the RF chain development of the next generation radio direction finder for our drone detection system, DIDIT. As a lead engineer you will take ownership for signal acquisition to AD conversion and coordinate with the signal processing engineers. You will improve the reception chain from antenna to signal acquisition, coordinate the manufacturing of antenna systems with external suppliers and evaluate manufactured antenna samples. You will support the delivery team in assessing customer sites for best antenna locations. The role is embedded in a team with multifaceted strengths which maintains and develops all the necessary components of a complete drone detection system. You should be able to take responsibility for your work and be selfreliant. You will participate and contribute in a creative manner! This position is based at our Headquarter in Darmstadt. It is fulltime and permanent and expected starting date will be around May 2021. We are looking forward to meeting you!
