Developed for Gallios and Navios series flow cytometers and compatible with company's fluorochromes, PerFix-Expose (phospho-epitope exposure kit) and PerFix-nc (no centrifugation) are reagent kits for intracellular staining. Kits enable clear focus on cytoplasmic and nuclear compartments of cell while minimizing sample manipulation for streamlined workflow. With PerFix-Expose, samples are fixed in small test tubes or deep-well microplates, and reagent is mixed with cells.
