Built in 1958 by American architect Andrew Geller , who earned his reputation designing sculptural beach houses in some of the country's toniest communities , the Frank House has now found itself back on the market. Asking $1.475M , the home is notorious for being the setting of a quite commercially successful soft-core adult film called "Boys in the Sand," which was reviewed favorably by the New York Times when it hit the silver screen in 1970.
