Real estate market heats up post Christmas

Luke Goggin Real Estate sales manager Paul Dalton said his agency had gone from having more houses than buyers in November and December to having more buyers than houses in January. He said a Kangaroo Flat home recently priced between $335,000 and $360,000 sold for $360,000.
