RHEA is currently hiring a Recruiter to support the companys space recruitment efforts at our premises in the Wavre, Belgium. Job Description As part of RHEAs Recruitment Team, you will work with the Managers in order to define the recruitment needs and determine the corresponding channels to hire the best available resources to meet business revenue or project deadlines. You will be involved in mainly the recruitment of technical engineering and scientist profiles from the space and cyber security industry. You will take full ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for specific projects andor customers, ranging from identifying appropriate candidates until closure. Your role will include HR Generalist responsibilities such as drafting conditional offer letters, negotiating salary, answering queries, etc You will need to identifies and implement sourcing strategies in function of the job positions by creatively conducting research andor utilizing a multitude of resources. You will contribute to the development of an active pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, complex internet searches, etc. to allow a quick and efficient response. Perform all related administrative and documentation tasks. You will need to occasionally travel to the regions in order to meet with the Regional Business Unit Managers as well as with customers andor employees to improve the contact, understand the local business needs and acquire a better understanding of the clients needs. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory At least 4 years prior experience recruiting preferably in an AerospaceSpace environment. Strong interpersonal skills to both inspire team productivity and candidate loyalty. Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies. Broad knowledge and demonstrated success with Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools. Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in the recruiting functions and business teams. Easy communicator who enjoys frequent contacts with candidates, business partners and clients. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Fluency in French is desired but not mandatory. Additional European languages are an asset. Good analytical skills with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly. A good team player who is both flexible and adaptable to change and whilst under pressure. Strong basic computer skills, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are required. Strong commitment to quality, data driven, highly organized and adept at juggling multiple priorities. The following skills would be highly desirable Experience recruiting in an IT or telecommunication industry. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing skills e.g. Boolean Strings.
