We are looking for a passionate and resultsdriven recruiter to join our team in Darmstadt to help us bring our recruiting to the next level. Responsibilities As a Recruiter your tasks will mainly include but are not limited to Maintain and expand relationships with internal and external customers Interact with customers for new opportunities contract renewals Recruitment for inhouse and service positions Present candidates to the customer and prepare them for onsite interviews Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and ongoing relationship management Prescreening and interviewing of potential candidates Develop an efficient recruiting strategy and new processes that will contribute to a long range of organic growth of the company Build and exhibit deep labor market expertise, also enhance and develop sourcing strategies in order to improve the recruiting strategy for our service contracts Planning, organizing and attending recruitment events built and manage university relations Manage and expand key candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities, also guarantee a positive candidate experience Prepare competitive proposals to our customers This is a fulltime position, located at our office in Darmstadt, Germany, starting ASAP. Qualifications Competencies Applicants shall have an engineering background and the ability to identify and secure high qualified specialists and new business opportunities in the space industry. Our ideal candidate already has experience in the space industry however if youre passionate and want to learn, previous experience in any aerospace, automotive or services industry is a good starting point. Essential skills are Demonstrated ability to navigate various sourcing toolschannels Strong ability to screen and interview candidates Expertise in internet sourcing techniques active search such as using search engines, engineering social networks, etc. Highly organized and efficient Selfmotivated and able to work independently Demonstrates excellent communication and followup skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiar with cost calculations Being able to meet deadlines and work under timepressure Fluency in English spoken and written, as English is the working language The following skills are a strong advantage Space industry experience Fluency in German Knowledge of German Labor laws KnowledgeExperience in working with European agencies like ESA, EUMETSAT, and ESO The position requires a great deal of independence and selfmotivation. The candidates should be able to work with little supervision, but also be able to contribute to the team effort.
