On Thursday, Republic Airways' bankruptcy attorneys filed a motion for the judge to approve an agreement with Delta Air Lines that includes major concessions. Subject to approval at an April 14th hearing, this agreement provides for the timely wind down of the company's ERJ-145 aircraft operations.
