Would you like to work in an international, dynamic and challenging environment? Your day to day activities As Requirements Engineer you will liaison with the customer, the design authority and the project manager to capture all user and system requirements in order to define the component requirements specification. You will develop, document and integrate the evolving requirements baseline as required to enable effective systems engineering and integration efforts. You have to be willing to travel to client sites and other CGI offices around Europe. Things you need to be successful You are wellorganized, energetic and have a high level of attention to detail. You have advanced analytic skills and are a quick learner. You have demonstrated good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You are inquisitive and able to learn complex systems. You also have A MSc or PhD with a focus on Information TechnologyCommunications andor Space Systems Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience with requirements analysis. Proven experience with technical writing Experience with working in a project where product assurance, quality assurance and configuration management are essential Experience with DOORS is desirable Experience with space projects is desirable. Eligibility for an EU Personal Security Clearance at the level of CONFIDENTIAL and above is part of the selection procedure. Your working environment With almost 40 years in the industry, CGI Space is a growing business with exciting projects and prospects across the Navigation, Security, Earth Observation and Satcoms domains. We currently have around 500 members working on projects in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands. You will get the opportunity to work for Galileo. Galileo is Europes own global satellite system and currently consists of a constellation of 22 satellites. It is capable of providing a highly accurate, guaranteed global positioning service under civilian control. The system is still under development and has recently entered the Exploitation Phase. Our team is responsible for the development of the Key Management Facility of the Galileo Mission Segment.
