RHEA is currently recruiting a Requirements Manager to support EGNOS Project Office EPO at our clients premises in Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Responsible for the elaboration of the EPO Project Requirements Management Plan describing the requirements related processes and procedures to be implemented. In particular, provision of proactivity in elaboration of the processes from a technical feasibility viewpoint, based on previous extensive experience in the implementation of requirements management for other projects. Driving the implementation of the requirements management processes including the organization of specific meetings, preparation of Change Notices and preparation of requirements related documents e.g. traceability matrices, Statements of Compliance. Interaction and management of requirements management related activities with industrial partners including definition of requirements management process requirements, reception and delivery of requirements databases, assessment of traceability matrices and review of industrial workpackages. Preparation of and contribution to relevant change related documentations e.g. Configuration Management Plan, Document Change Notice, Baseline definition documents and participation in the relevant Change Control Boards. Preparation of the requirements for DOORS evolutions and the associated migration strategies and Interface with the ESA informatics support and information technology services. Support System Requirements Management Processes Assessment of requirements management plan for implementation, definition and deployment of associated DOORS tooling including TREK and other modules if necessary. Liaison with industry and other external entities to define exchange mechanisms and interfaces and then followup with associated deployment and administration tasks to implement those exchanges. Daytoday EPO DOORS database administration and requirements management support, including user account administration, backups, database definition, importingexporting, filters and views development dxl scripts, baseline management and generation, exchanges with industry technical teams for database importexport of database elements. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory At least a University Degree in the relevant field. A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a similar function. Experience working with requirement management tools such as DOORS. Excellent communications skills and ability to interact, with industrial partners. The following skills would be highly desirable Experience in requirements management in the GNSS navigation domain How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
