We are currently looking for a Resource Controller to support our customer in the Netherlands. Resource Controller Manpower Support Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Resource Management Office of the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management DTEC, you will have the following responsibilities Coordination and consolidation of inyear and multiyear workload and workforce planning at competence level Proactive workforce forecasting, controlling, analysis and reporting. Including contractors, staff, young graduate trainees Research fellows and trainees in the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management Interfacing with counterparts in other Directorates, such as human resources project controllers, as well as within Directorate Interfacing with Directorates line management in support of workforce issues Contributing to the multiyear performance assessment and specific analysis of the Directorate Supporting colleagues in the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous high standard of service to internal and external customers. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant field Several years of experience in a similar role Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets Affinity with manpower control Knowledge of SAP or IPSAS is an asset Resultsoriented and proactive approach and excellent communication skills Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
