Rostelecom adds 0.6 million IPTV subscribers in 2013

Rostelecom (MOEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY) has announced results for the fourth quarter and full year 2013. The company's pay-TV subscriber base grew by 9% year-on-year to 7.5 million.
