We are currently looking for a SAF Engineer to support our customer in Germany. SAF Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climaterelated satellite data, images and products for its users. You will have the following responsibilities Support the organisation of the SAF reviews related to the evolution and development of SAF products or operational chains Support the activities for the followon of new SAF Developments, including evolution of requirements, evolution of design and interfaces Support the establishment and maintenance of the technical baseline of each SAF, including generation of synthesis elements Maintain, and refine the SAF Network Management Intranet and Extranet areas and related content Maintenance of Web Content and Documentation Baseline Maintenance of SAF Web pages supporting SAFs Steering Groups and allowing access to relevant documentation Maintenance of the SAF FTP Server and its dedicated directories. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in computer science or equivalent Knowledge in Ground Segment Engineering lifecycles Experience in project reviews organisation and conduction and in requirements definition and traceability Knowledge in engineering standards used in Ground Segment Development Extensive experience in WEB application in designing, implementing and maintaining web content and services Experience in using Web Contents Management Systems Extensive experience in PHPJavaScriptHTML Experience in Relational Database and metadata management Knowledge of project planning and configuration control would be an asset Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
