Coupled to any UHPLC system, µDAWN Multi-Angle Light Scattering Detector can determine absolute molecular weights and sizes of polymers, peptides, and proteins or other biopolymers directly, without column calibration or reference standards. To accommodate narrow peaks produced by UHPLC separation, flow cell volume is less than 10 µL. Embedded WyattQELS™ Dynamic Light Scattering module measures DLS in flow cell simultaneously with MALS acquisition, computing hydrodynamic radii on-the-fly.
