Scholarship honors utility worker struck, killed by vehicle

The Consumers Energy Foundation is supporting a scholarship program to honor a utility worker who was struck and killed by a vehicle three years ago. Jeffrey H. Creel of Bronson was hit June 22, 2012, while the journeyman line worker for Consumers Energy investigated a downed power line near Jonesville.
