The key candidate shall have a proactive approach to work with the ability to solve problems and create solutions using their own initiative. Good interpersonal skills are a must, the key candidate shall provide support to the Head of Division as well as other members of the division and therefore must have the ability to prioritise their workload efficiently. All applicants require skillsexperience in each of the following areas Proven secretarialadministrative experience in a multilingual and international environment Experience in organising complex travel arrangements and managing busy diaries Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent typing skills Experience using an ERP system preferably SAP along with some knowledge of MS Access, or other databases would be considered advantageous. All applicants shall have good interpersonal skills and sense of initiative with the ability to communicate and interact on all levels. Candidates must be EUMETSAT member state nationals with a good working knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
