Based in the NATO Communications and Information Agency NCIA in Mons Belgium, you will be part of one of the largest fully integrated global Cyber Security Defense capabilities in the World. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Provide the best advisory expertise and possible solutions to the customers needs, based on relevant data analysis, uptodate knowledge and tools Participate to the definition and design of the architecture of the most adequate solution, as part of an internal and customer team Maintain and improve the relationship with government and commercial customers Operate independently in setting and delivering work schedule, based on your experience and autonomy Analyse technical requirements to determine infrastructure designs, potential issues, and related costs Favour solutions compatible with existing infrastructure Coordinate and monitor the deployment of the chosen strategies Maintain understanding of business issues, operating procedures and priorities Maintain a broad knowledge of current industry technologies, methodologies and designs, and their applicability and appropriateness Contribute to the selection, purchasing, and implementation of hardware, operating systems, applications, and technical solutions to business problems Take the pulse of and keep tabs on the general hardware markets for innovative designs, cost savings and market trends Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a University degree in ICT, Computer Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent experience A Broad ICT cyber security technical knowledge, based on a minimum of 3 years of similar experience Strong personal and presentational competencies you can be diplomatic with strong written and verbal communication skills Capable of communicating with a range of stakeholders within organizations, working in multidiscipline teams Able to work independently with only limited supervision. The following skills would be highly desirable Security professional certifications preferred e.g. CISSP, CISM and CCP SIRA andor IA Architect Knowledge of a range of InfoSec methods, tools and techniques including those covered by current HMG, MOD and NCSC policy and guidance Good understanding of physical, personnel, procedural and technical security controls and how to apply them Knowledge of the security issues associated with existing, current and emerging technologies including cloud, virtualisation and web Ability to interpret and advise on current HMG, NCSC and MOD Security policy and guidance Experience in delivery of CVI. Due to security clearance reasons, you have to Hold or be able to obtain, National NATO Security Clearance Understand the constraints of working in secure environments with protectively marked media Hold a valid passport from a NATO Member country Be eligible and able to undertake business travel throughout Europe.
