This is an opportunity for an experienced ICT Engineer to join the ICT Team on customer side in ESOC European Space Operation Center httpwww.esa.intESA, Darmstadt. This position is fully based on customer side ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany. The position is unlimited and fulltime and will start as soon as possible preferred start date will be JanuaryFebruary 2016. Submission deadline for applicants will be 31.12.2016 RESPONSIBILITIESDUTIES The Engineer will provide support to the Telespazio VEGA ICTEngineering Team in the delivery of ICT engineering services to multiple clients. The work shall include analysis of the requirements design, integration, validation and documentation of ICT solutions handover to operations level 3 support for incidents and problems. QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE A university degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent. At least 5 years experience as ICT Engineer. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Very good command of the English and German language Detailed knowledge of Cisco routing and switching Layer2 and Layer3, OSPF, BGP, VRFlite Experienced in VPN IPSec technologies Very good knowledge of Cisco products Catalyst IOSNexus NXOSFirewallsIPS Good communication and mediation skills, Proactive and confident personality.
