V-locity® Server is designed for I/O-intensive applications such as SQL and Exchange running on physical servers. It eliminates most unnecessary I/O operations at OS level when writing file and caches frequently accessed data within available memory. Software is aware of space allocation and aggregates writes to behave sequentially, so less I/O is needed for every file written. Running on Intel® x86/x64 platforms, software detects storage type automatically for optimal performance.
