Supplied in 8-pin, 3 x 5 x 1.1 mm VSSOP package, Model LM74610-Q1 features unique floating ground architecture that models diode behavior with zero ground current. Paired with TI's CSD17313Q2Q1 NexFET™ n-channel MOSFET, duo emulates diode rectifier when connected in series with power source, discharging MOSFET gate in event of reverse polarity. Controller provides 45 V reverse voltage capability and is AEC-Q100 qualified with 4 kV ESD protection for automotive applications.
