Software Engineer Deadline for applications 19092019 Job Description For our client we are looking for a Software Engineer for their location near Munich, Germany. The jobholder is responsible for the implementation, test and deployment of software components for the EDRS Mission Operations Centre MOC. Tasks and Responsibilities The tasks are focussed on the following software components for the MOC LDAP server based on openldap YUM Repository server Symantec Infrastructure SEPM LUA Backup server based on Bacula Configuration Management server based on GIT Archiving server Support in setup of JIRA server, ELK server. Requirements Bachelor Degree in electrical Engineering or Computer Science At least 3 years of experience in software development Experience in software engineering software configuration management is required Knowledge in virtualization KVM oVirt is demanded Fluency in English German is a plus Profound knowledge of LINUX CentOS our default OS environment is required Experience with Python, BASH, GIT, Eclipse, Bacula, rsync, Isyncd. QT, RPM, SFTP servers Knowledge in CC, SQLite, Jenkins, Vagrant, Ansible, JIRA setup, ELK is a plus Ability to work in a multinational team organisation Good communication and interpersonal skills.
