South Dakota is joining a national anti-terrorism effort and officials at the state's Homeland Security Office are encouraging citizens to report suspicious activity. The state is taking part in the national "See Something, Say Something" campaign, which was originally implemented by the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
