Southwest Airlines: Computer glitch affecting check-in, customers urged to arrive early

2015-10-11 20:25:13| Airlines - Topix.net

Customers on Southwest Airlines were urged Sunday to arrive to their flights at least two hours early after a nationwide computer glitch forced the airline to check in passengers manually. San Francisco, Oakland and Mineta San Jose international airports reported lines were not unusually long and flights were leaving and arriving on time, hours after the airline reported that "technology issues" were forcing customers to check in manually.
