RHEA is currently recruiting a Space Program Quality Manager to support continuous improvement of current and preparation of new quality certifications for our client, a major player in the European space sector. Please note that the position will be based in the Paris area FR. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Be responsible for preparing, implementing and followingup on internal audits Implementation of actions required to maintain the quality certification IS0 9001 Preparation of new quality certifications and supporting the development of new procedures and work instructions Supporting inhouse training activities on quality management Maintaining the Quality Management System QMS documentation Maintaining the processes related to Anomaly Reporting Recording and synthesising customer feedback and data on corrective and preventive actions Collecting and analyzing qualityrelated indicator reports and other relevant data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS Take part in the maintenance of Risk Management activities Support the establishment of an Integrated Management System including Information Security and Safety Management Gap analysis and action plan proposals Assisting management in the implementation of document management activities Supporting the preparation of document deliveries related to milestones Contributing to the management and version control of operational procedures Assisting tests and operational validation activities with a focus on Product Assurance Maintaining the QMrelated interface between French subcontractors and stakeholders Supporting the activities of Anomaly Review Boards ARB and Change Control Boards CCB Facilitating the implementation of risk management within the project team. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Minimum 5 years of experience working with quality management systems Minimum 2 year of proven technical experience in the field of space projects Proven experience in ISO 9001 related quality management in the last 4 years Ability to synthesize relevant information in support of decision making processes, andor quality assurance experience in drafting reports and management recommendations Proven quality audit experience internal audits, customer audits gained in the last 4 years of a minimum of 2 projects Proven experience in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems including the application of ISO 27001 standards Proven experience in the application of quality management standards in the aerospace sector Proven participation in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems including the application of ISO 27001 standards Capacity to work and communicate efficiently in English written and oral The following skills would be highly desirable Holder of Personal Security Clearance PSC at EU RESTRICTED level Capacity to work and communicate efficiently in French written and oral.
