Spain ended May with a total mobile base of 52.08 million users, down by 5 percent over the same month of 2012, according to a report by Spanish regulator CMT. The MVNOs added nearly 281,250 net lines in the month, and Yoigo attracted 6,990 new subscribers. Orange lost 250 customers, Movistar shed 199,050 users, and Vodafone lost 57,620 subscribers in the month.
