Newark, Calif. -- After experiencing major problems, including application slowdowns and employee complaints, the St. Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) replaced its aging SAN array with a flash-driven array from Tegile Systems.<br /> <br /> PHA provides more than 800 affordable housing units to more than 20,000 low-income residents in the city.
