SubSystem Engineer Crypto Client and Location For one of our clients we are currently recruiting a SubSystem Engineer Crypto for their location in Bremen, Germany. With 1200 employees on multiple locations in Germany and 2500 worldwide, our client is one of the top players in the European space industry. They are specialized in Systems Engineering and offers hightech solutions for space. These include loworbiting and geostationary satellites for earth observation, navigation, telecommunications, science and space exploration as well as systems for manned space flight, aerial reconnaissance and process control systems. Tasks and Responsibilities Definition of system level documents regarding crypto technics and implementation Leading the crypto device approval and security certification process on subsystem level level for space missions Space and Ground segment Proactive support of security evaluation and accreditation process on all levels Generating security specification documentation and concepts Reviewing security analyses, e.g. vulnerability analysis Providing security expertise to the project team. Experience and Education Master degree or PhD in mathematics, physics, engineering or computer science, preferably with at least 3 years professional experience Preferable Experience from at least one certification according to Common Criteria Preferable Experience from at least one security approval process preferred Basic experience in the area of ITsecurity High motivation and proactive involvement Team player with good communication skills Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
