Leslie Cantu/Journal Scene Kenneth Seeger, president of MWV Community Development, talks about the community that will rise over the next 20 years at Summers Drive and S.C. 61. That's the concept behind Summers Corner, the first section of the East Edisto development now in the works after years of planning, public input and discussion behind closed County Council doors. MWV Community Development wants to create something more than a mere subdivision, said division president Kenneth Seeger - it strives to create a community, and to spur other developers in the Lowcountry to do better.
