Supply Quality Manager Deadline for applications 08122019 Job Description For our client we are looking for a Supply Quality Manager for their location in Bremen, Germany. The job holder will work in the Liquid Propulsion Launcher Subsystems division for the Quality Assurance MAIT Engineering department. Tasks and Responsibilities Organization of all quality disciplines in accordance with the contractual requirements Program Management Ensuring uniformity, completeness and availability of the results of ordered products and processes from the quality disciplines in accordance with the project plan and the quality plan Leading the Nonconformance Reviewboard as Chairman of the Nonconformance Audit Committees Close cooperation with the internal production department QI, AIT, mechanical production, cold test centre, cleaning, incoming goods Monitoring of the implementation of configuration and documentation management Participation in Maturity Gates Design Reviews. Requirements At least a Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in AeroSpace industry At least 3 years of work experience in quality management and quality assurance Detailed knowledge of MS Office and SAP Knowledge of SAPQ modules is plus Fluency in English knowledge of German is considered an advantage Knowledge of valve systems and rotating parts is desirable Training and experience as a QM auditor ISO9001, EN9100 is desirable Knowledge of Configuration Management, Lean and Continuous Improvement is an advantage Strong communication skills, in order to work with contacts at all levels, work together and maintain business relationships Willingness to integrate into a multicultural working environment in order to be successful to work together The ability and willingness to quickly familiarise with new topics, as well as the perseverance to familiarise oneself with a complex environment A high degree of conflict management skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness in order to represent interests well.
