SYDERAL SWISS also has a subsidiary in Poland, SYDERAL Polska Z.O.O., which offers electronic engineering services for space applications. In order to reinforce our teams in leading complex electronic equipment projects, we are searching for a System Engineer Your mission You define and conduct the development of a system according to customer specifications. You define the system architecture in collaboration with our internal technical specialists, meeting customers requirements and constraints, aiming the optimization of cost quality balance. Your Activities Technical point of contact for customer and suppliers within the project Elaboration of requirements, their traceability and justification, understanding of review gates Define subsystem specifications in collaboration with engineers Demonstrated ability to analyse complex technical problems and define innovative solutions Follow the overall system development and coordinate technical activities Accountable for the development to meet customer requirements within quality and cost discussed with the project manager Close collaboration with the project manager, engineers and specialists Your profile Master degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline Demonstrable relevant systems engineering experience in a comparable industrial environment Excellent knowledge of hardware design, software development or IC design Excellent leadership, flexible and persistent Rigorous in the relations with our clients and our suppliers Microsoft Office tools, DOORSReqtify, Matlabsimulink, simulation tools, ConfluenceJIRA, etc Oral and written English fluency is required good knowledge in French is a real plus.
