For Astrium Satellites in Munich Ottobrunn within the area Navigation Systems Engineering for the department System Architecture Performance we are looking for a System Engineer Navigation mf. As a member of the navigation system architecture and performance team your main task is the verification of the EGNOS integrity concept Consolidation of the system internal realisation of the EGNOS integrity concept Identification and verification of the error distribution of contributors to the EGNOS corrections Verification of the overbounding of underlying error distributions Definition of test cases and determination of test data via simulations Preparation of documentations and participation in technical meetings with ESA Engineering degree in Physics, Mathematics, Geodesy or similar Experience in satellite based navigation systems Knowledge of mathematical and statistical methods related to error definition, distribution and evolution Knowledge in Matlab and C English fluent German good TO APPLY click here
