System and Software Engineer Deadline for Applications 09052018 Client and Location For one of our main customers, ESAESTEC, we are currently looking for a System and Software Engineer, giving support to the technical responsible for assigned CubeSat InOrbit Demonstration projects from early definition phase to the implementation phase and launchoperations phase. Tasks and Responsibilities Support the technical responsible for assigned CubeSat InOrbit Demonstration projects from early definition phase to the implementation phase and launchoperations phase, or CubeSat technology development activities Maintain interfaces with the relevant CubeSat prime contractorssystem integrators industryresearch institute for the assigned projects Maintain interfaces with the ESA technical specialists for reviews and ad hoc support Coordination of CubeSat project reviews Follow up technical issues arising on the CubeSat projects and participate in risk reduction activities. Experience and education Expert knowledge of CubeSat projects through the complete lifecycle, including mission designoperations, systems design AIV, subsystem technologiesproducts Knowledge ofexperience in the practical application of tailored engineeringquality standards to CubeSat projects would be an asset Expert knowledge of SC system and mission design, incl. system design modelling tools and Concurrent Engineering applied to space mission assessment and design Knowledge of System of Systems SoS architecting and related tools such as System Architect, Focal Point, etc. and frameworks e.g. MODAF, TOGAF Knowledge and practice in the application of ESA SE Standards e.g. ECSSE10 series and SW engineering.
