Test ManagerTest Lead Category Information Technology City Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom Position ID J01151837 Permanent Full Time Position Description The successful candidate will be required to be competent in the following Identifying staffing needs, interviewing and mentoring the members of the test team. Producing test estimates from the requirements Designing and Writing Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts to verify that the requirements have been met Identifying and setting up test data Carrying out testing activities in accordance with the agreed plans, specifications and descriptions scripts. This will include executing test scripts, recording results and storing evidence Working in accordance with defined project processes and procedures Reviewing test documentation etc. Defining and monitoring of the productivity metrics to be used for monitoring test progress. Essential Skills Experience of managing a test team, Planning, organisation, metrication and reporting skills, Experience of the testing lifecycle, Clientfacing experience Prior use of an observation reporting tool, e.g. JIRA, Define Good verbal and written skills, Ability to communicate at all levels Desirable Skills ISEBISTQB Qualified Use of requirements gatheringcapturing tools Good working knowledge of Linux and SQL. Experience of 3tier webbased development architectures, Java, Oracle. Quick learner, ability to learn complex system and a range of testing tools.
