Results of a lab test reveal that a recent scare over what was believed to be a shard of glass found in Grocery Outlet meat was all for nothing. The shard was actually salt, not glass, according to a lab team from a third-party organization that studied the particles, which were discovered by a Grocery Outlet customer.
