FGE Eagle Pines is nearing issuance by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality of a state air quality permit, prevention of significant deterioration air quality permit and a greenhouse gas PSD air quality permit that would authorize construction of the FGE Eagle Pines Project, a natural gas-fired combined-cycle turbine power plant. The project site is at New Summerfield in Cherokee County, Texas .
