Textile fiber prices have further risen overall in the past four weeks, led by again surging cotton futures in New York and a sharp increase of crude oil prices after the US has withdrawn from the Iran nuclear agreement. Polyester, wool, acrylic and nylon have surged from their level a year ago, as reflected by our monthly report. Our tables and charts offer a 12-month price comparison of most used textile fibers, including cotton, polyester, viscose, wool, acrylic and nylon, all being available over a weekly basis through our csv file.
