Composed of 6 fast-recovery MOSFETs and 3 half-bridge HVICs for gate driving, Fairchild Semiconductor's Motion SPM® 5 smart power module series provides 3-phase MOSFET inverter solution for AC induction motor (ACIM) and Brushless DC (BLDC) motor applications up to 200 W. While FSB50x60SF(S) devices are based on 600 V Super Junction MOSFET technology, FSB50xxxA(x) devices are based on 250/500 V FRFET® technology.
