The ad from Transport Workers Union Local 100 - its third in a month - that appears in the Daily News on Monday tells de Blasio to "Stop farebeating New York City's working families." The "farebeating" refers to calls from the TWU - as well as from Gov. Cuomo and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority - for de Blasio to put in $3.2 billion for transit repair needs.
