Turkey Apparel Exports in 1st Quarter 2020 (Quarterly Report)

Turkey's apparel exports have declined slightly in the first quarter this year, in line with a weaker fall of the lira this year. The exports of T-shirts have dropped sharply, whereas pullovers benefited from a significant rise. Shipments to Germany have remained strong, whereas falling to Spain, Italy, and France. Our statistical series provide a comprehensive view of Turkey's clothing exports in the 1st quarter 2016-20, including volume, value, and unit value changes per destination and HS 4-digit product category.
