Unit prices of US apparel imports have continued dropping in the first three quarters this year, with however sharp differences depending on product categories and origins. The average export price has for instance more declined in China than in most other countries. US buyers have also been able to cut the prices of products from many other origins, although less dramatically. This is clearly reflected by our series of statistical tables offering a comprehensive comparison of unit values per origin and product category. The report also includes a detailed comparison of Chinese price trends vs other origins, through a series of indexes. Our full table is available for download.
