U.S. Apparel Imports: July 2021 (Monthly Report)

US apparel imports from Vietnam began falling in July from their level two years earlier. Imports from China plunged even more significantly in the meantime. Our report covers US apparel imports every month, comparing shipments from most origins in the last month and the year-to-date. Import data are available in volume, value, and unit value terms. Historical trends are analyzed over the 2000-2021 period, including cotton vs. man-made fiber apparel, China vs. Vietnam, and the Rest of the World (RoW).
