US Apparel Imports in 1st Quarter 2018: Categories (Statistical Report)

US imports of cotton apparel have begun recovering in the first quarter this year, with imports of man-made fiber apparel less significantly rising in value terms. Shipments of wool apparel have rebounded at the same time, after being depressed in the last three years. Skirt and dress imports are also recovering this year, as reflected by our detailed analysis of US apparel imports per category. Our series of statistical tables offer a comprehensive view of volume, value and unit value changes, compared with previous quarters and years in 2011-18.
