Unilever moves its HR system to the cloud with Workday HCM

Unilever, the fast-moving consumer goods manufacturer, whose brands include Dove soaps, Vaseline and Ben & Jerry's, has selected Workday's Human Capital Management HR system. Unilever, which employs more than 174,000 people in 90 countries, will move its HR operations to the cloud, and Chano Fernandez, president EMEA at Workday, suggested that the solution will provide Unilever with "real-time analytics into its global workforce".
