Vancouver, CP Rail expected to announce deal on Arbutus Corridor

The City of Vancouver and Canadian Pacific Railway appear to have reached a deal over the future of the Arbutus Corridor. Mayor Gregor Robertson and the president of the Canadian Pacific Railway are set to meet early Monday to make the announcement.
