Vietnam Apparel Exports in 1st Quarter 2019 (Quaterly Report)

Apparel exports from Vietnam have continued sharply rising in the first months of the year, benefiting from a structural exit out of China. New free trade agreements signed with the European Union, the Pacific countries, and Hong Kong should further boost exports, as far as the domestic clothing industry can comply with rules of origin. Our statistical series provide a comprehensive view of Vietnam's clothing exports in the 1st quarter 2015-2019, including volume, value, and unit value changes per destination. A set of indices offers a 4-year approach. Knit, woven, and total apparel exports are separately displayed. All data are available for download.
