Wallenstam carries out 2:1 share split

On 28 April 2015, the Annual General Meeting of Wallenstam AB resolved to carry out a 2:1 share split, which means that each existing share will be split into two shares of the same class. The Annual General Meeting has set 26 May 2015 as the record day for the share split.
