The General Services Administration posted a presolicitation to FedBizOpps.gov Monday seeking up to 473,000 square feet for the FCC, a big requirement developers across Washington such as Akridge, First Potomac Realty Trust and The Wharf partners Hoffman-Madison Waterfront are likely to track for their sites.
