The Federal Communications Commission could soon become one of the hottest tickets in town for D.C. landlords, at a time when developers could surely use a major government agency to anchor their existing and planned office properties in the District. The General Services Administration posted a presolicitation to FedBizOpps.gov Monday seeking up to 473,000 square feet for the FCC, a big requirement developers across Washington such as Akridge, First Potomac Realty Trust and The Wharf partners Hoffman-Madison Waterfront are likely to track for their sites.
