Woman says airline wouldn't allow emergency call

A Wisconsin woman said she "begged" a Southwest Airlines flight attendant to help her make an emergency call after receiving a suicidal text from her husband, but her pleas were disregarded. Karen Momsen-Evers said she was on a plane in New Orleans headed to Milwaukee when she received the alarming text.
