USB 3-path diode power sensors R&S NRPxxS/SN are available for 3 frequency ranges – 10 MHz to 8, 18, and 33 GHz – and enable 10,000 triggered measurements per second with min trigger resolution of 100 µsec; special mode permits 50,000+ equidistant measurements per second. Other features include dynamic range of 93 dB and 3-path diode design that enables lower measurement limit to -70 dBm. NRPxxSN model offers both USB and LAN interface, with latter allowing remote power measurements.
